Overview: Yogasanas in Your Lifestyle
Yogasana is originally derived from the Sanskrit words Yog and ASANA. Asana refers to a seated posture in Yog primarily used for meditation, such as the basic cross-legged position known as sukhasana. However, over time, the term has evolved to encompass a broader range of Yog poses. Nowadays, Yogsanas are not limited to just seated postures but encompass a diverse array of poses, including reclining, standing, and even inverted postures.
By incorporating simple Yogasana postures into our daily routine, we can not only alleviate physical ailments but also infuse mental balance, tranquility, and positivity in our lives. Whether it's through basic Yog poses or other practices, there are plenty of accessible ways to commence our journey toward healthier living.
