The natural body structure of women differs from that of men. Also, throughout their lives, women take on various roles, such as being a daughter, young woman, wife, mother, and grandmother. These different roles can have both physical and mental impacts on women. As women age, their bodies undergo physical, mental, and spiritual changes. Recognizing the challenges faced by women in prioritizing their well-being, GSYB has developed Yog for Women. The purpose of this program is to empower women to harness the power of Yog and experience enhanced physical health, heightened body awareness, reduced stress, and elevated self-confidence. If more and more women join the practice of Yog then healthy families will help build healthy communities, which will intern help build a healthy nation.
