Junior Level-1 is a Yog Foundation course offered by GSYB, to impart the knowledge of Yog in children. The course offers a comprehensive overview of Yog, from basic postures and breathing exercises to meditation and relaxation techniques. It also provides guidance on how to incorporate Yog into daily life. Participants learn to develop physical and mental strength and resilience, while also exploring the spiritual aspects of Yog. This course enables children to gain a greater understanding of Yog and its benefits, enabling them to lead a healthier and more balanced life.
