Ashtang Yog

Ashtang, meaning eight limbs, defines Yog's core. Maharishi Patanjali portrays Yog as a holistic practice, striving for total well-being encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual purity. It transcends being a mere set of components; instead, it unfolds as an interconnected and multi-dimensional journey, where each dimension is to be embraced simultaneously. Chitta Vritti Nirodh, the stilling of thought waves, offers a profound understanding of quieting the mind. By achieving mental stillness, we open the gateway to experiencing our Higher Self and connecting with the Absolute Reality.
